EACH INDIVIDUAL LIMITED TO
$1000.00 PER YEAR

APPLICANT MUST BE A CHILD OR
STEPCHILD OF THE SPONSOR

FIRST TIME APPLICATIONS

MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

* TWO LETTERS OF PERSONAL REFERENCE
(ONE MUST BE FROM A TEACHER, COUNSELOR
OR EDUCATOR)

* COPY OF HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA OR G.E.D.

* CURRENT TRANSCRIPT

ANY FURTHER APPLICATIONS

MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

* A NEW COMPLETED APPLICATION

* CURRENT TRANSCRIPT

PRIORITIES

MAJOR IS IN CRIMINAL JUSTICE DEGREE

THEN MEDICAL DEGREE

THEN ALL OTHER DEGREE'S

MINIMUM GRADE POINT AVERAGE (GPA) IS 2.5

MUST CARRY MINIMUM OF (9) NINE HOURS
PER YEAR

DEADLINES

Applications must be submitted by the sponsor to the Scholarship
Committee, the business day before the January meeting (spring)
or the August meeting (Fall). If the day before the meeting falls
on a Holiday, then the business day before the Holiday.
